Admin

Appointments are preferred, but we love walk-ins.

You will pay your application and admin fees, security deposit, pet fees and any pro-rated rent that is due.

You can pay online or in the office with a personal check.

We highly recommend that you have renters insurance. We only require you to pay a monthly fee of $14.00 for a liability waiver.

Contact Duke Energy for electric. We take care of your water, sewer, and trash.
